Kid's counter service beverage

If you order milk or juice do these come in cups with lids and straws?

When we got DD milk at the CS restaurants it came in a little container (like the kind found in a school cafeteria). I honestly can't remember how the juice came -- a small plastic bottle of minute maid apple juice maybe, gosh I'm drawing a blank. I'm sure they'd give you a cup with a lid if you wanted to dispense it in there though.
