Kids' Clubs and Parents' Date Night

We're considering having a "date night" about mid-way through our week at Disney so DD and I can have a nice dinner and maybe our girls (8 and 4) can go to one of the kids' clubs. We are staying at Port Orleans-Riverside.

Any suggestions as to which kids' club and/or restaurant? What is convenient in terms of transportation?

This is our first trip! YEA!!!

You may want to try out The SANDCASTLE CLUB at the BC as the location would be really good. You'd be within walking distance to the World Showcase at Epcot (which also means you could just walk through Epcot to get to the BC as far as transportation - without having to transfer buses and whatnot if you will not have a rental car) so you'd have lots of choices of Resturaunts in Epcot OR there are also many great Resturaunts to choose from right in the Y & B club resort area --

The Yachtsman Steakhouse at YC is excellent btw!
You could also do any of the resturuants at BW,Swan & Dolfin too.

In any case, the location of the Sandcastle club gives you quite a variety of choices.

If you choose to eat over near MK -- the GF,Poly, and CR each have their own kids clubs right in their resorts making those convienient as well.
