when we finally cruise (seems like years from now), my son will be 9 and his cousin will be 7. in reguard to the kids clubs, what are the age breaks for each level? i have looked in the cruise line book the the ta sent us and i see there are ages 3-12, but then they are broken down and the 7 and 9 yo's are seperated. will they be able to play together in the clubs, or are the age limits strict?

The 7s are still in the Oceaneer's Club, while the 9s are in the Lab (different places). They are pretty strict on this limit. They will allow a child within one month of their birthday to move up on 1) space available, 2) trial basis (can be moved back if staff thinks the child needs to be with their age).

The will let an older child stay down with a younger group to a certain extent (I kept my DD who was 10 and 8 months down with the 9 year olds because she does much better with younger children, but I couldn't have moved her down to the 7 year old group).
