The Loew's A program is good at Portofino also. Its just been implemented again so many at check-in arent aware of it yet. Just ask to speak to someone who can check it for you.

Is this program offered at HRH, if so can the child just go order a soda or ice cream at poolside and not buy anything else.

They can get the drinks anywhere at the HRH from what I saw. The dessert seemed to only be available at the Sunset Grill (not the Beach Club) and only with an adult meal purchase.
