Kids 3-9 Free PIN code question (DVC resorts)

I apologize if this has already been answered but i'm quickly trying to find out the answer to call my SIL back.

She got a PIN code for the summer special, 3-9 Kids stay, play eat free.

Can these codes be used for DVC resorts? I was going to give my SIL some of my leftover DVC Developer points but then as luck would have it she got the elusive "PIN" code in the mail yesterday and I was wondering if she could also use it for SSR at what rate. Has anyone priced this out with DVC accommodations or is that not allowed? Any sample rates would be really greatly appreciated !!

You can book at DVC resorts through CRO and pay cash for the reservation, but these discounts aren't available for DVC point bookings.

So I could give her my 40 or so points for 2 nights and she could make a 5 night reservation paying cash with the Pin code at a DVC resort?

I really want to take a look at her postcard to see what it says....
