Kids (10-12) navigators.. how often do they change?

I looked at the Navigators on Daves and Barb's sites and they are from April. They are different than the Navigators we have from last November. My kids love looking and trying to plan what they want to do. How often do the Navigators change? Should we expect them to change again from April to November?
