Ha! I have a plan! 
DS10(the autistic one) has respite this weekend(that's the "Hallelujah Chorus" you hear
) I got reservations at a local state park for camping this weekend. After my DH leaves for work, DS19 & I will hook up the camper to "take it to the shop"(he he) and go set it up at the park. Then we'll return home and wait for DH & the kids to come home. DS10 goes to his respite home at 6pm, so we'll just casually drive on over there and afterward I'll tell DH that we're going to go up to the state park so we can "get a better look at the meteor shower"(Persied, due Aug 12). When we get there I'll take him to the campground, where the kids will be waiting because DS19 will sneak them up there while we're dropping off Christian. 
He will never suspect a thing 
I'm so excited I can hardly stand it.
It has been so long since we were able to do something like this. Wish me luck!
