KidDVC planner help?

I already have the two other planners, but I wanted to try this one, too -

Unfortunately, when I click on DVCPoints3 to download it just takes me to a link with a picture of the program instead of the download option.

Anyone know anything about this?

Thanks, I got it up and running now, but when I try to enter a reservation it keeps popping up
You must select which resort you want to retreive your points from...
Anyone have a clue about this? I can't figure out how to do this.
