What are these? Are they just coloring type activities? We've done WS but the kids do get bored and I've never been able to find these stations! Where are they hidden? Does each country have one? Thanks!

Mainly just coloring. All eleven countries have one. It's "Duffy On a Stick", and CMs may write children's names in respective language and/or make a flag and/or do a stamp.

We opted to do an Epcot passport instead...it held my older dd's attention better than the kidcot craft (which was a mask at that time). I also had the kids say hello to a CM in each country in its native language, which seemed to please people and spark conversation. I think anything you do that will get the kids interacting with the CM's in Epcot will help make the experience more interesting for them.

If I remember correctly, the passport and the Kidcot are at the same place and you could do both.

As an adult, I've done the passport twice and I really enjoyed it too.

The passport sounds much better for my 8 year old. Do try give you the paper to stamp or should we bring our own?

My DD really enjoyed the Passport when she was 10 - she missed a couple of days of school for that trip and so I had her ask each country representative a different question about their country and either they were so nice to spend time chatting or they wrote the answer in their language. She learned quite a bit about other countries as did I! Her teacher loved this idea so much that she said she would assign this as homework for other children who miss class due to vacation at WDW.

You buy a passport and fill in the stickers on each page. Then there are places to be stamped and signed in each country. DS LOVES to do this! We've done both the passport and the Kidcot thing (yes, they're in same location in each country and each country DOES have one). He loved seeing his name written in Arabic or Chinese and talking with the CMs.

And if you can't locate the Kidcot station, just ask any Cast Member in the country.

I did both with my grandaughter. The passport was fun and we did the coloring while waiting when the CMs were busy with other children. I also took a photo of her in front of every country holding up her passport open on that country's page.

What a cute idea!

We always do both the passport AND the kidcot fun stops in each country - half the fun is exploring the stores to find the stations! We also do pressed pennies from each country - just another little something to make it fun!

Pulled from the disney webpage!
