Could a person walk from Kidani to Super Target. On google earth it appears very close and I am used to walking 5 miles+ per day. I guess I'm asking is it safe? Would it have a sidewalk? If not, any idea on the cost for a taxi? Thanks

No....not possible to walk.
Sorry, I don't know the price of a taxi.

Goodness no, definitely not possible and not safe.

According to this taxi fare estimator http://www.taxifarefinder.com/main.php?city=Orlando it's about $35 one way. That includes tip. However, you'd also have to pay for wait time or arrange a second cab to pick you up there and take you back.

I assume you are flying to Orlando and using Magical Express so you won't have a car? If so, you might consider using a town car service for the trip from the airport to the hotel. Most will include a grocery stop in the price of the service, and it'll be very comparably priced. FL Tours charges $65 (plus tip) for one-way service to AKV, including a 30-minute grocery stop.

Another option is to use Garden Grocer or WeGoShop to order your groceries online ahead of time and have them delivered. There is a delivery fee, but it will pale in comparison to cab fare or car service charges.

Thanks for the information. We have used Garden Grocer in the past and will again in 32 days! I already have an order in my cart, I was just checking with experts to make sure it wouldn't be cheaper to take a cab. Thanks for sharing your knowledge:worship:.

There is a bus that goes nearby and you can catch it at the TTC.
LINK 56 bus stops within a 10 minute walk of the Super Target on Irlo Bronson. I think it is $2 each way.

Check at the http://www.golynx.com/ website.

Have not tried it myself, but it is an option for the adventurous.

I noticed when walking from Disney Downtown to the Waffle House that a several Lynx buses stop near Disney Downtown.
