Any reason why the only special request presented during the online check in is which savannah you would like? Saw no other option to select. Is that normal?

The online check in request section is new and still under development. I have discussed this issue with Disney Management and they assure me that they are working to correct the issue.

Make your requests with MS.

Don't forget to add "close to lobby" or any other room location preference. I indicated "close to lobby" and seriously, we were at least .25 miles away from the lobby.

It was fine for us, but for a family with young children or old people ... sheesh.
