One suggestion that I don't think anyone else had made yet is to order a pulse oximeter from Amazon. They're normally available with 2-day shipping, and can give you info about when it's a good idea to head to the ER if necessary.

This is important advice. This part of the virus perplexed doctors the most in the beginning of Covid. Usually there are signs that oxygen saturation was waning, but with Covid it can drop rapidly without a lot of signs.

Not saying that it will with any of you OP - everything could be extremely mild- but it is best to have one on hand.

Nausea, if everyone loves the ginger beer - wonderful.

But an easy way to have ginger tea at hand -

*boil the gingerroot
*strain the liquid into ice cube trays
*pop one out with water and microwave when needed

Urgent care now granted I tested negative but still had a hard time breathing my doctor offers a breathing treatment made all the difference in the world have not had a problem sense and by going to urgent care the wait was less what took the longest was they tested me for everything because my symptoms were not what they typically see

All the urgent cares around here are not allowing anyone inside who has covid/flu like symptoms. They are directing people to the ER if they have breathing issues.

I am guessing that you are in CA based on your sn and you talked about a Disney land trip in another thread I have family in CA and they are very strict in that state FL were I am very Lenient compared to CA

Yes, you are correct. It's also a matter of the urgent cares having limited staff right now and they are there primarily to deal with matters like injuries and other acute illnesses and they would be swamped with Covid patients if they were treating those too. Our hospitals, thankfully, have plenty of capacity to treat those patients who need supportive care due to Covid.
