One suggestion that I don't think anyone else had made yet is to order a pulse oximeter from Amazon. They're normally available with 2-day shipping, and can give you info about when it's a good idea to head to the ER if necessary.
This is important advice. This part of the virus perplexed doctors the most in the beginning of Covid. Usually there are signs that oxygen saturation was waning, but with Covid it can drop rapidly without a lot of signs.
Not saying that it will with any of you OP - everything could be extremely mild- but it is best to have one on hand.
