Kid Poncho

Hello, we are going on our first Disney Vacation in early December and I am wondering if they sell kid size Mickey ponchos? My daughter is a 4T. I thought of picking her up one at target but I know her seeing ours from 6 years ago, she would want to be like us. Does anyone know if they have different sizes and what the prices are? I have looked on Disneystore and they dont say anything about sizes. Thanks for the information.

We got my niece and DD child sized ponchos at WDW. I can't remember how much they were...I'm think around $10 or so. DD was almost 3 and about the size of a 2 year old and my niece was 7 and the size of a 9 year old and the child sized fit them both just fine.

They do have kid ponchos, and my DD was either a 4T or 5T last December when she got hers. It was one size for the kids, but it fit her fine and did not drag the ground when she was walking. We took a Target one with us, but the hood kept flopping down over her face. The WDW one was MUCH better. I'm pretty sure they were either $7 or $8. The only thing you have to watch for is to be sure the ends are tucked up so they don't get caught in the stroller wheels if she is in the stroller.

My DD is short for her age. We got her a kid poncho @ WDW when she was 6. It was close to the ground, but not too close, so it worked out fine. My DD was 10 on our last trip (and still short for her age). I bought her kid poncho again and it fit fine.

oh, and a nice little tip about the WDW ponchos, that I discovered this past week when we were there.....they replace riped ones for free.. My DS7 is terrible with his ponchos, he always seems to rip them at the neck. I had his ponchos from our last trip 2 yrs ago and of course he ripped it. I went up to the girl and said "do you have anymore child ponchos? could you throw this one away, he ripped it?" She said sure, and you don't owe me anything for the new one.

That $7 is a great investment! I don't know if it's only suppose to be replaceable for a year. His had a different logo on the back then the current ones, but I had it rolled up in a ball, and she didn't even look.
