Kid Funny

Had to post this, and maybe others can post their own "kid funny's" as well...

This morning ds (4yo) was asking about getting a treat just like one he had gotten in a goodie bag at a friend's b-day party. I was trying to placate him and told him that maybe we could find something like that when we go to Disneyworld. He responded "Not at Disneyworld. I want to find it in OUR world!"

That reminds me of when our daughter was a little girl. She woke up in the night and was having trouble settling back in. I reminded her that she had her teddy bear to cuddle up with. She looked at me very seriously and said, "Mama, I think I need something with some skin..."

Very cute DD told me she wants to go to stay at home college a few years back.

Friends joke about our house being clothing optional because our kids would always be running around naked.

Well in trying to break this habit whenever DD5 would come downstairs naked I would always tell her to go put clothes on so noone can see her ****ies

Well she looks at me dead serious and says--"I don't have ****ies...only nipples."

Just this weekend, while we were watching the Travel Channel, Dollywood was shown. DD 5 says "Mom, I want to go to Dollywood because I like dollies"....

A few months ago my aunt and her dd4 came to visit from AZ and we did the touristy thing and took them to the beach and Sea World. My ds5 (Damian) was telling her daughter all the things we do out here in CA and about how we always go to Disneyland and Legoland. Well when the little girl went back home she was telling everyone she wanted to live in "Damian's World". I guess she thought he lived in a large theme park made up of smaller theme parks So every time she talks about visiting she says she wants to go back to Damian's World.

My DD3 has a little brown birthmark on her shoulder. Once I asked her what it was and she looked right at me with a duh! look on her face and said "It's barbecue sauce, mommy"
