Any recommendations on kid friendly hikes (or hikes to avoid)? Can be anywhere on the island. We have 4 and 9 year olds and will be visiting in June. Thanks in advance!

Its a nice walk (wouldn't call it a "hike") from Aulani along the coves down to the harbor/marina on the other side of the Marriott.

The "hike" to Waimea falls on the north shore is great. It is a paved pathway through a botanic garden to falls with a pool that you can swim in (life vests provided and required). They even have golf cart shuttle that you can pay for if the kids completely melt down and don't want to walk back. The book "Oahu Revealed" also has some good simple hikes.

The pillbox hike is super easy and kid friendly. Beautiful views after a very short hike.
