We are considering this but are looking for some more information. Is there any way to know which ride it includes, and which lunch menu ( food allergies)? TIA!
When I did it, we did Haunted Mansion - that's what I've heard most frequently.
Lunch when I did it was Pecos Bill's. When you checked in, you were given the menu to order from. They had an allergy menu that covered the top ones. If it's something more unusual, I'm not sure.

When we went in 2022, we rode Haunted Mansion and the Jungle Cruise. Lunch was at Pecos Bill's and you order your food at check-in
We lucked out and had our tour on the first day that Festival of Fantasy came back, and it came back at a slightly different time than typical, so we got to see a LOT of parade prep behind the scenes. It was unforgettable.
We did the Keys to the Kingdom tour less than two weeks ago. We rode Haunted Mansion and ate at Columbia Harbor House. Food was pre ordered at check in.

We were also looking for something new and found it to be really interesting and fun. My engineer husband who humors me by going to Disney annually says it’s his favorite experience ever. You have to be willing to have the magic spoiled a little because of the behind the scenes stuff.
