I am planning on doing the keys to the kingdom tour, and just had a general question about booking it. when you make the reservation, do you have to give a credit card number? do they charge it then for the tour cost or just hold it if you don't show up? Thanks!

I would also like to know some details about this tour.

1. How far in advance can you book it?

2. Since you have to be there at 8:15 for the 8:30 tour, what is the best way to get into the park for the tour before opening? Can you get the resort monorail from the TTC that early, or is it another method better?

3. How large is the tour group?

4. Are the morning tours any different from the afternoon tour?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

We took the KTTK tour in August. My credit card was billed at the time I made the reservations. Our tour size was about 15. We were supposed to go on the 9:30 tour, but the guides suggested we go with the 9:00 group as it was smaller. I'm not sure what the cap is on the number of guests for the tour.

I believe the resort monorail does begin running early, (if no stop at the MK, you could always walk from the CR) and at the far left entrance there will be CMs with lists of early PS people for Cindy's and tours. We booked that later tour because I wasn't sure how quickly we would get into MK from the CBM at DTD.

The latest tour on our date was at 9:30.

I really enjoyed our guide Rae, and lunch at Columbia Harbor House.

My wife and I went on the 8:30 a.m. tour last June. We arrived at TTC around 8:00 and the Resort Monorail was already running.

I jst did this tour and loved it. I didn't make reservations for it until the night before and had no problem getting into the sunday 9:30 tour ( but I'm not sure I'd recommend doing that) our group was somewhere between 10 - 15 people, and we had a wonderful guide Lauren....it was fun, but be sure to wear comfy shoes, lots of walking and standing around
