This tour is absolutely on my list for our next trip. We dipped out toes in the tour world on our trip this past December with the Behind the Seeds tour in EPCOT and now I am hooked on learning more! We have been to WDW and the CA parks many times and now we are ready to learn!!

We have plans to do this tour when we're there in November and now I'm worried about lunch, there's not one vegetarian option on that menu and my mom doesn't like sandwiches/burgers. I see a lot of apples/cereal bars on our future.

I noticed that too. I wonder if they would give vegetarians an adults-size of the macaroni and cheese? It's a very limited menu and not nearly as good as CHH--too bad.

There is less choice for lunch on the mde menu, although it does mention a vegetarian burger

I just booked this tour yesterday for our May trip. I was asked by cm if we had any dietary requirements

I hope they do accommodate special dietary requirements. CHH is a much better choice if one is not into burgers and/or meat. It's a pity they changed the restaurant for the tour.

I just booked this tour for late August and the CM I spoke to said to put my Reservation # for the tour in the Notes section of MDE. I did that and now it shows up in My Plans for that day

Also, don't think that you have to book it 180 days in advance. I booked only a month in advance & had my choice of times for the day.

Have wanted to do KTTK for years, but my DS wasn't old enough. Now he's 16, so we are so excited to do it this trip!

Depends on the Caesar dressing, it's not always vegetarian.

And unfortunately for us, my teen vegetarian does not like salad.

They have a shorter similar three hour tour too, if five hours sounds too long. It gets excellent reviews also.

Book early, though. I couldn't get either when I called last week to check about a three day stay in early November to see if any of those days had any openings for either of these.
