Key West - Trolly Tour and Flounder's hours

We have booked the Key West Trolly/Train tour through DCL. After reading the website of the folks that run that tour, we decided that we would choose the Trolly because we wanted to be able to get off if we wished and it didn't seem like the Train stopped.

Is it correct that if you take the DCL trip the Trolly doesn't stop either? We really want to take the tour, but with a 10 month old and a 15 month old, there is no way they are going to want to sit still for an hour without stopping.

Also, I know this has been asked 50 million times, but I can't seem to find the answer here or on Barb's site. Does anyone happen to know what the hours for Flounders Reef are on the Western? We are trying to figure out what times we might like to try for.

That is correct about the Trolley tour. If you book through DCL, it does not stop. Where if you book "on your own", it will stop.
