Key West - train vs. trolley?

In Key West, is there any difference between the trolley and the conch train?

I think I got my answer, thanks to Barb's live report from the 5/24 Magic:

I prefer the trolley to the Conch Train because you can get off at various points and continue your trip later, and it also seemed to cover more territory.

you are correct. With the trolley there are stops you can get on and off from. With the train it is a circle tour. We did the trolley and loved it. Saw the train and it looked a little more uncomfortable as well (more crowded and some people riding backwards).

If you are thinking about it you can order tickets online and save $2 per person over buying them that day (and $4 per person over buying them through Disney).
