Key West to Old Key West Day 10
Tuesday 20th November
I got up and tried unsuccessfully to upload my pictures to Facebook. The wifi was a little hit and miss in the timeshare unit. I did find out later in the week that it was much better out on the balcony.
Theresa had a lay in as she wasnt feeling great, but once she was up we set off for a little shopping.
We went to Target where we bought a few Christmas presents like baseballs for our nephew and Herseys candy cane kisses for Joh, before lunch at Applebees
We shared our favourite starter, spinach and artichoke dip, which was as good as we remembered.

Then Theresa had the shrimp fettuccini and I had riblets and fries.

Theresa choose wisely as the shrimps were delicious, where I choose poorly, the riblets were not nice at all. We had a couple of frozen fruit drinks with our meal; Theresa opted for the wildberry while I had the mango, and both were really nice. The bill came to $31 + tip.
We then made our way to premium outlets were I purchased a pair of Nike trainers and T got a jumper from GAP and stocked up on tarts and candles from Yankee candle. We were also able to get a few prizes as we were both hosting quizzes on the dis community board.

We had managed to get a pretty big haul.
On the way back to our condo we called in at Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets as I like the Big Dog shop there but they didnt have anything at a reasonable price and I left hoping that Id get something in the Black Friday sales.
At the condo I had a soak in the Jacuzzi as I had a really bad pain in my back; my back pack had been digging in all day yesterday while wed been in M.K. and the pain just kept getting worse.
The soak did the trick and we went out to Downtown Disney in the evening for dinner.
Theresa was so excited as we finally got to try the holiday sandwich at Earl of Sandwich!

We both agreed it was delicious; its turkey, stuffing, gravy and cranberries.

We followed the sandwich with dessert from Ghirardellis - warmed chocolate brownie and a white hot chocolate mocha.

Theresa loved it so much she had to get every last drop

We did a little more Christmas present shopping at Downtown before heading home where I uploaded my pictures to the laptop and Theresa wrote up the happy book (trip diary) before we watched wishes from our front door.
