Kettlebell workouts

Is anyone familiar with kettlebell workouts? I first heard about it over the weekend but my SIL takes a class at the gym. I looked at Amazon and saw quite a few dvds.

Does anyone use a kettlebell dvd if so, which would you recommend? Also, it looked as if some used one of the weights and some used 2. I've never done it before so I don't know what to look for.

I would be interested as well. I've never heard of kettlebells and what I'm picturing, I'm sure, is nothing like what they look like!

I have a kettlebell(just bought it) and there are lots of different workouts on line. My kettlebell came with a DVD. You just need one.

It's supposed to be a very good workout-something like 400 calories burned in 20 minutes!

they were on sale at Target a few weeks ago & I almost bought 1, or 2, or 4! They came with the DVD & there were like 6 different weight choices. I, too, am interested in this new toy!
