Ketosis???

What is the ideal color you want on your ketosis strip? I am at a dark pink.... that's good, right? It's been awhile since I used them.

Simple answer is , the darker the color, the deeper the Ketosis.

Dark is good!

But deeper ketosis doesn't mean faster weight loss. Confused? Me too, but that's what Atkins says

If you are in any level of ketosis you are burning your own fat. The presence of ketones in your urine is simply proof of that.

It's easy for me to become obsessed with my level of Ketosis but I'm trying hard to not do that

I'm not really sure, but I always thought darker was better. I'm light in the morning and dark at night. Wow, try to figure that one out LOL!

I don't think you have to worry as long as it's not negative on the strip your probably losing.
