Our beautiful little girl finally arrived at 10:19am on January 27!!!! She weighed 8lbs 11oz and was 20 1/2 inches long!! She is absolutely gorgeous and is just so perfect!!! She never cries and has been very content so far!!!
I was scheduled to be induced at 6am but that was delayed until around 7am. I was completely terrified since this was my first induction. Well, this was by far my easiest labor and delivery!!! I did get the epidural this time which I had never gotten before and this helped tremendously!!!! I was already 3cm when they started so I received the epidural almost immediately and went from 3 to 8cm VERY QUICKLY!!! The doctor came in to check me and could not believe that I had progressed that quickly!! He told the nurses to hurry and get a table ready for the baby because she was coming NOW!!! I hardly had to push at all and she was there!!!!! It all happened sooooo fast that I could hardly believe that it was over!!!!! I was very lucky this time!! I had a VERY DIFFICULT time with my last delivery and was completely terrified that I was going to have to go through that all over again!!! It couldn't have been any easier and I am soooo glad that it is all over and I do not have to worry myself to death any longer!!!!
Our 6yr old and 20 month old sons are crazy about her and cannot leave her alone!!! Our 6 yr old keeps saying how beautiful she is and how much he loves her and the 20 month old cannot stop kissing her and licking her head!!!!!
Well, its baby snack time so I better get off for now!!!
