Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of the kennels at Universal?
I know the basics...price, ask the parking attendant which way, you provide food and walks.
I am looking for an actual description of what the pets are kept in. First I read that there are indoor and outdoor cages, but when I just called Universal directly I was told there are only outdoor ones. Of course this concerns me because I will be going at the end of Aug. when averages temps are 90 . The Unversal Rep states that the facility is inside the parking garage so it doesn't get hot, even if pets are outdoors. True or False?
