Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of the kennels at Universal? I know the basics...price, ask the parking attendant which way, you provide food and walks. I am looking for an actual description of what the pets are kept in. First I read that there are indoor and outdoor cages, but when I just called Universal directly I was told there are only outdoor ones. Of course this concerns me because I will be going at the end of Aug. when averages temps are 90 . The Unversal Rep states that the facility is inside the parking garage so it doesn't get hot, even if pets are outdoors. True or False? Thanks for any help you can provide.
