Kennedy Space Center... how long?

I know it's not in Orlando, but I was looking for some info on the Kennedy Space Center... how long do you need to set aside for this? A day? Or two?

See thread below don't know if you saw it.
So far in last few years we have spent 2 days there and will have to go back in August to see the rest of it. Others don't spend a full day there, it depends how interested you are in the subject and how long the lines are for the tour.

We did one day here and although we didn't see everything we did see a lot and had a great day. We could have stayed and seen the last Imax show of the day and for me that would have made the day complete but the littlest one was not cooperating that day. Still, we didn't feel cheated with 8 hours there.

we spent all day there and just did the regular tour....didn't feel like we missed anything ! had lot's of fun dd12 is a science and space nut !
