Kennedy Space Center discounts?

We're thinking of side tripping to the Kennedy Space Center when we're down in a few weeks, and on a previous trip, they had this great promotion with Tropicana Juicy Rewards where it was basically buy one, get one free. That promotion is over, so does anyone know of any promotions out there right now? My DD is working at WDW right now, and is looking into CM discounts, but so far hasn't been able to find anything.

It's $33 for a ticket that is normally $43.

If you're a teacher in FL or GA you can get an annual pass for free. You must bring in your teaching certificate and a current pay stub or ID to the ticket booth at KSC.

Contact your congress-person. I've read on here that some people have had luck getting free tickets by contacting their congress-person. Worth a shot. Worst that can happen is he/she tells you no and you don't get them.

We contacted our state rep. and got four free tickets last year, like stated above, if they have not alloted their full amount you should be able to get them. It is worth the shot

I did call my congressman's office, and they had never heard of this, so I told them what I knew and they said they'd call back. A few hours later, they called to let me know that the first office they tried said they were all sold out, but that they were going to call another office and get back to me. Still waiting for that call.

Does anyone know of any BOGO tickets, in case the congressional ones don't pan out?

I don't know of any BOGO tickets, but you can purchase admission tickets through Undercover Tourist for cheaper than you can through KSC's website. Girli565 deal is still the better deal if you're willing to sign up.

I would compare prices to Undercover Tourist though. If I'm comparing them correctly, seems it would still be cheaper to buy the tickets through UT. Especially if you subscribe to the Mousesavers Newsletter.
