Okay...I have revised this some. Can I get:
4 Parks 1 world with the mickey ears across the bottom, with the names:

• Jeff
• Stephanie
• Jeffery
• Jahlil

This is for white shirts.

Also two 1st visit (like the pin from the parks) for Jeffery and Jahlil. (probably blue shirts.)

Jahlil in Bolt for a dark shirt
Jeffery in Jack Sparrow for a dark shirt

Oh yeah and one for me...Stephanie in Tinkerbell (darker blue, not light one)for a white shirt!
