Last week I traveled solo to WDW and had a blast. The best part was my ability to walk around the parks and from SSR all the way around DD (and back) without any joint pain or fatigue! Usually I have to stop and rest my legs because they would cramp up periodically. But not this time! So I can attest to the benefits of a regular exercise routine, especially walking (or WATP). :banana:
 
Congratulations on finding the secret!

I've found if I rest I rust. The lack of movement keeps me from being able to move and I always need to remind myself that.
