I make my ADRs next month and am still trying to make some meal decisions. It's my kids' first trip and we'll be on the DP. DH will eat most things, but I won't, and the kids are fairly picky.

The definites are...
- Crystal Palace breakfast/lunch (MK)
- Akershus breakfast (Epcot)
- Via Napoli lunch/dinner (Epcot)
- Mama Melrose F+ dinner (DHS)
- Tusker House breakfast (AK)

The ones I am considering...
- Bongos lunch/dinner (DSp)
- Liberty Tree Tavern lunch (MK)
- Big River Grille lunch/dinner (BW)
- Trattoria al Forno dinner (BW)
- Minnie Dine H&V dinner (DHS)
- 1900 Park Fare dinner (GF)
- Sci-Fi Dine In lunch/dinner (DHS)
- Skipper Canteen (MK)

I need to pick three more TS meals. Anywhere with pasta (not M&C) is a winner with the kids. Bongos is usually a no-brainer for me, but I don't know if we want to spend the time to go to DSp. 1900 PF was high on my list for the Tremaines, but then they changed the menu to stuff we won't eat, sigh. LTT, BRG, and TaF are safe choices based on menus. I'm also waiting for the SC menu to be released.

Thoughts?

If you are up for good breakfasts near MK...The Wave, Kona and Trails End
Lunch at Epcot...San Angel Inn, Rose and Crown, Nine Dragons and Via Napoli(pizza)
Dinner at Epcot...Garden Grill
Dinner at resorts...Boma, Ohana and Maya Grill

We love Scifi, kids always insist on eating there. Some others we like are TREX (another must do for us), Cape May (breakfast), and Kona. Based on what I've read, Trattoria and Big River are good choices. We did MM F! pkg once and it was the best meal of our trip.

Just returned from our first trip in 5 yrs yesterday. The kids can be picky. The big hits for us were Garden Grill and 50's PTC. They loved the mac n cheese at GG and I was amazed how much I loved the sweet potato fries when I normally am not a fan. We had a spectacular waitress at 50's who had us laughing till we cried, the food was good and the desserts were huge. They liked Sci Fi too. Our surprise least favorite was Via Napoli. I thought we'd love it as that was one I'd read mostly all positive reviews on, but the pizza was unimpressive. I normally love thin crust pizza and was so looking forward to it, but the crust was just floppy and the kids pizzas had about a tablespoon of cheese and the sauce was terrible.

We had the Mama melrose fantasmic package and i loved it! I took the steak médium and It Was perfect, melting In My mouth with a charred crust with wonderful flavor. The 4 cheese pasta were very good. Did not care for the butter on top who Was In cheese lol!

My Sister took the meatball spaghetti. Good but i can make it at home.

I like all the desserts In the trio. All with alcoholic flavors miam miam!

If pasta is high on your priority list (much like it is for my kids), then I highly recommend Tutto Italia, if it fits your schedule, since I see you already have two Epcot meals planned. My family love pizza and pasta, so we also book both Via Napoli and Tutto Italia, and spread them out over the trip.

Have you checked the menu for The Plaza in MK? I went there last trip and my family was pleasantly surprised by the food. I think it's a little underrated.

Your 5 definites are good, I have been to each one.

Have you considered Tony's in the Magic Kingdom?
My kids and I really enjoyed it.

Boy, that is a whole lot of ADRs. Personally I would think I was spending too much time in restaurants. I can do that at home!

I would toss Bongo's. We had an awful meal there about three years ago. The reviews on Trip Advisor are currently pretty dismal.

If you decide on Disney Springs, T-Rex has a pretty big menu and it is fun for kids.

Liberty Tree is one of our favorites for lunch.

Consider that breakfasts are all pretty similar in the character/buffet category, so just pick which park you want to eat at or which chars you'd like to see the most. In my opinion I would cut back on some. I made too many ADRs on our trip and it was stressful always having to be at a specific place at a specific time, when sometimes we didn't feel like leaving the park or eating just then. I would say 1900 Park Fare dinner had the worst food on our trip, but the best character interaction, so go figure. Minnie at H&V was decent and the characters are great. We also loved Boma for breakfast, and we went out to see the animals afterward. Good luck...
