There's a feel to fall in the air this morning. Usually I roll over and go back to sleep. Instead I got up and put the coffee on. How've you been?

I've been well. It's still winter here; and work has been okay. I've been playing on the DisBoard photography forum - the summer scavenger hunt. Its been difficult getting out in the cold to get my items!

I am SO dreading our cold winters. As hot and humid as our summer's been, I would still take that in a heartbeat!!

Mmm. Our summers are particularly hot; so I'll take winter. We don't get snow; it only gets as low as 9 C (I think this may be high 40's F) every so often. We complain when it's about 11 C!! What have you been doing?

I'm getting excited to go on our annual "girls only" trip to a casino up north. Otherwise, I walk in my garden and thicket a lot when the bugs aren't too bad. What do you do during your summers?

Sounds lovely! We go to the beach, head out to the gardens for concerts in the park, go to the mall (for airconditioning), do day trips, stay indoors, bike ride to the local playground/park. Melbourne loves its food; so there are food markets and farmer's markets to go to; lots of cafe's and restaurants everywhere.
