Keep getting PIN codes - in my mom's name!

I have gotten numerous pin codes emailed to me, in my mom's name! I called a while back and explained that it is my mom's email, and I had booked a grand gathering a couple of years back. They were supposed to straighten it out, but I got another one this week for her name. UGH!

Now I don't think they'll ever straighten this out. So, I'll never get one in my name. I may call again...

I keep getting pins in my sister's name but my email. I took my sister and her son 3 years ago and I have never received a PIN in my name, only my sister's name. I go to Disney 4 times a year, am an annual passholder. I have signed up for everything and still no luck.
I just returned but I booked the 40% bounceback, which is the same as the PIN I received in my sister's name.

About 10 years ago when my son use to play baseball at the fields there for AAU, I booked a trip for the entire team. To make life simple, I used my address for everyone. Well now to this day I get pins for the parents of the players ...me, I have gotten one in my entire life! Several have come to my address, just not with my name....go figure. I would love to know how long they plan on keeping that info.... like I said, it is at least 10 years!

Well, I JUST got a pin...in my ex's name...to my email address, once again. Talk about a sick joke! LOL. We never even went together, I ended up cancelling the ressie. I have received pins in my name at the same email address. Of course now that I WANT a pin, I won't get one. So annoying!

I just got one tonight in my name, but with my sister's old address. We never booked together and haven't booked a trip together since 2005. Weird. Too bad neither of us can use the pin code for those dates anyway. Now if they sent me one for December of next year (highly unlikely), I'd be in business.

Good luck. We either get them in my mom's name (we took here with us a couple of times) or (more recently) in my 12-year old's name. Neither of them has ever called Disney, signed up for anything online, etc. I'm the one who does all the booking and the paying, and do I get one? No!
