Keep getting invoices via email

Hello all you DIS experts...I am pleading for some insight on something my MIL is having an issue with. She is getting emailed invoices just about everyday, sometimes 2 to 3 a day. Her ressie is PIF (we arrive in 3 wks). She has not called to modify/request/add anything since 4th of July weekend (added a 3rd adult, then added flt info for that 3rd adult for the ME a few days later). Again, she is PIF. She rcv'd emailed invoices as expected for the times she should have, but all the other ones are unexplained. They all look the same. We have a seperate ressie (staying at different resort, them POR, us WL CL) and have only rcv'd emailed invoices when we expected to. Any thoughts on why she may be getting those extra ones?

I can tell you she called and sw a CM who said she should get them everytime she calls... But she has not called everyday, and for sure not 2 or 3 times a day. She is also not signed up for the WDW website where she can access her Disney Vacation info, so she does not sign in to that at all (not that it would generate an email, but just an FYI)...

Has any one ever had this happen? Is there a ghost in the reservation email machine? If anything, I am the crazy planner and probably would relish a few emails everyday from WDW...LOL....:rotfl:

I am having the same thing happen, I'm not PIF. I'm just ignoring them honestly....it must be a glitch or something.
 
Same thing here. Just booked Tuesday, keep getting invoices and reservation confirmations. Haven't gotten any today, though, so maybe they've slowed down a bit! I'm just looking at it as a reminder that I have a Disney trip coming, and it's only 6 months after my last trip instead of 2 1/2 to 3 years after!!
 
I am having the same issues. it is always the same invoice showing one payment I made. Haven't received any with the other payments I made just the same one over and over.
 

I booked 2 rooms the other day. I received confirmation 4 times for one room and nothing for the second. I actually called this morning to check on the second reservation. The CM I spoke to said they are having a problem with the email system and have turned if off until it's fixed.

For some reason the confirmation for the second room was sent to an email address that I haven't used in about 10 years. :rolleyes:
 
Yes last week i must have gotten 6 emails after my final payment. One would be what my balance was and the other saying paid, next day got another set of invoices. Another day or two later the same thing. I called to be sure it was paid and didnt get another e-mail.

Me too. Since this is the first time I've ordered straight from the Disney website I just thought this was the norm. I was wondering!!!? I didn't get one today either.
 
I guess we are all in the same boat then! This was happening to me the other day, too, but I haven't had a chance to call them:confused3
 
same thing for me also!! And my money amounts are not even right, but when I check via the disney.com...they are!! I wish it showed paid off thou!!:rotfl:
 
This also happened to me. I got three in one day and hadn't called them for anything since I booked. Weird.
 
Me too. Not paid in full, but I made a payment about 10 days ago, and have gotten 4 of the same invoices.

I'm in the exact same situation as you. Glad to hear I'm not the only one, I thought maybe this was Disney's way of getting you to pay in full ASAP LOL!
 
Me too! I changed my ressie from room only at POFQ + 4 nights with free dining at POFQ to 5 nights at POFQ with free dining (thank you pin that was slightly useless). I didn't get the room only change for DAYS, but when I switched to the 5 nights I got 3 invoices the 1 day, and then 2 the next.....SO weird
 
I have been getting a bunch too. We are not paid in full and trip isn't until Oct. I hope the glitch doesn't kick my ressie out of the system!:eek::goodvibes
