Keep getting a sudden swell window each time I go online to the DCL page. ??

Since Monday each time I go online and sign in, I get as far as locking a stateroom window and then when I click on that I then I get a window which states “Let’s try this again, Sorry a sudden swell prevented us from finding your deck try again”. I have tried various cruises and dates and cannot get last this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Maybe try clearing out your browser DCL history or trying a different browser (ie Chrome vs Safari)? Sometimes that does nothing but worth a shot!

Did all that and have tried various computers laptops iPad ets..

Always on the same network...? You could also try from work or school, or using your phone as a hotspot if it has data just to see. Sometimes router or DNS settings can cause craziness.

Try a hard reset on your router by unplugging it and hold the power button down ( if it has one) for 30 seconds.

Does it work on the app? If not, it may be a problem with your account.

I got it a few times yesterday. No problems a while later. I did nothing to correct, other than taking a break.
