Keen sandals help

I bought DD (6) a pair of Keen sandals a month ago for our trip to WDW next week. She loves them except every so often she complains of them making her feet burn. Any suggestions besides socks?

Hmm hot foot.... Which one's does she have? The hydro style can get dunked into the water- so if your foot gets hot I just get it wet. But I do know what she means about it getting hot...But I got used to it and it didn't bother me. My kids never complained about it in Disney(3 of them in Keens-no baby size yet...) they never mentioned the hot foot, but I did. Good luck. what about a cooling foot spray- or powder?
