Katy Belle and the boys are ready to lose!(support appreciated)

I definitely noticed that since I haven't been able to get much of a workout or exercise in that my scale hasn't moved well. I know that's a lot of it. Increasing your water will help some because at least you can get rid of some of the bad stuff that way. Good luck this weekend!!!!! You are doing great.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Well, all I can say about the last 5 days is...ITS TIME TO GET BACK IN THE SADDLE.

Thurs and Friday were cooking and two thanksgivings. I didn't do too well. Then the weekend I did better, but not great. Last night was our crazy, too busy night and we ate at Johnny Rockets...I had a burger, a couple of fries. Not great. Today trying to get back on track. Toast for breakfast, 1/2 bagel for snack. Need fruits and veggies for lunch and dinner. Need to plan.

I did start exercising a bit with DS10. He has these tae kwon do exercises he's been doing every day. He's such a good kiddo.

More tommorrow....

Great job for you and your DS! I know how hard it is to get kids to change their eating habits. My DS lost a good 20 pounds just being on the football team. Those 5 hour a day practices sure can make you lose weight.

Now it is my turn to lose the weight!

Our bodies do need those breaks once in a while but the good thing IS getting back on track. We almost went to a Johnny Rockets too - I love their burgers!!!!! But I pushed for not doing that since we didn't know what dinner was going to consist of. But now I'm hungry for a good burger!

Hang in there - getting back on the saddle is a good thing!

Weigh in today...I'm at 204!!! That's down 2 more pounds, 6 total!
DS10 is at 156, down one more pound, total of 9 lbs down in 3 weeks.

Mini goal, 12 lbs by Christmas...going to be tough for me.

Going to follow WW more strictly this week.

Congrats on your loss, and your son's too!! You are doing great!!!!

Congrats on the loss! Great job for you and your son! I am proud to see a mom help their child! Most ignore it or think they will "outgrow" it!

Hello all! I haven't been here for a while...life has gotten so busy!

The busy life has not helped my WW effort either. At weigh in on Wed., DS10 is down 11 lbs!!!! He has made his mini goal of down 10 by christmas!! I am so proud of him. He's doing way better than me...I'm at 206, down only 4lb total and up a lb from last week. yikes.

GOAL...this week I WILL count points...even with Christmas parties, etc. I WILL make a menu and feed my family healthy food.

We leave late Wed. night for our 24 hour trek to the USA. I have decided we will watch our food there, but not do actuall WW. Especially DS. He's in better habits, so we don't want to sabatoge it, but we don't want him to not get bacon his once a year chance! Balance.

Good luck to all in making it through the holidays healthy!

Hello all!
Weigh in today. I'm at 205. I'm pretty happy about it considering how bad I've been all week. Down 1lb from last week.

I forgot to have DS weigh in, but he'd already lost 11lbs, so I'm really thrilled with his progress.

We leave in 16 hours for our 24 hours of plane rides to get us to the USA for our 2 week holiday. The food will be challenging, we will do better than before, but not within points. That isn't a good plan, but it is the way it is. We only get pork twice a year, we will eat it:-) Also looking forward to a good bagel.

Happy Holidays to you all!

Happy Holidays Katy!!!

Hope you have a great trip - I read your previous post wrong and thought it was just a 24 hour trip, now I see it's for 2 weeks so I hope you enjoy your visit!!!! Keep up the good work at sticking with this - that is the important part. Hope you have a great holiday.

Keep on
