Just a quick note to thank Katie from Houston "earning her ears" at a merchandise stand at the West Side Marketplace. She was interacting with guests by dancing, singing and talking to everyone that walked by her stand. She is a true Disney Cast Member, someone that Walt would have been thrilled to have working for him. Keep up the great work Katie, we are sure you will "earn" your ears quickly!
