Hello! Some of you might know me from the restaurant reviews over in the Restaurants board. I'm a "little" curvy, and in the recent past I've done well dieting and exercising, but I've been slacking. I love coming to these message boards, so I'm hoping to get back on track here.
I'm hoping to lose around 40 lbs by Christmas. A good friend from high school is getting married on Dec 30, and I want to look good for people I went to school with. Somewhat of a reunion, I suppose.
I'm not sure how much I weigh, but I suppose I should pull out the scale tomorrow morning.
I plan on counting calories and exercising (cardio and weights) 4-5 days a week, if at all possible.
I'm only allowing myself Disney sit down meals to not count calories at, because we're not going to pay the money and not order what we enjoy. But it will be in moderation.
Here's hoping! I feel better when I lose weight, eat healthy, and wear smaller clothes, and I'm going to keep that in mind.

Just wanted to welcome you to WISH! As you already know I love your reviews and think that using your Disney restaurant visits is a wise use of your cheats!
I think that would definitely help me to stay on track on those days when I was being good.
I am also counting calories and try to exercise 3 days a week. I have lost 57 lbs and would like to lose about 37 more and really hope to meet my goal by Christmas as well.
That is great!!!
