My boyfriend and I ate there twice on our last trip, once for breakfast and once for dinner. We each had two great meals there. I wouldn't hesitate to return as there is much more on the menu that piqued my interest. I'd also love to have the pastitsio again as I've craved it quite a few times since returning home. As for breakfast, Spoodles was our favorite table-service breakfast on property, and its replacement did not disappoint. My boyfriend had the Stacked Kouzzina Breakfast and it was sensational. Even though he dislikes sweet potatoes, he had to admit that the sweet potato hash was an inspired pairing with the other flavors on the plate. The winner by far was the artichoke spread, which was excellent with the poached eggs and with the rustic kalamata olive toast.
For me, the only fly in the ointment is that it's a noisy restaurant at dinnertime. The open kitchen is loud enough, but it seems that every time the din in the dining room starts to subside, the staff yell "Opa!" as if to get the party back on track, and the noise level picks up again.
