Karmel Shuttle?

Has anyone used them? Wondering about their private sedan for 2 people?

I did a lot of research and picked Karmel Shuttle to give us a ride from Long Beach Airport to our hotel in Long Beach before we took a cruise just a couple weeks ago. I compared them with SuperShuttle and some others and they were a tiny bit more money but everyone had raved about them so went with Karmel.

They were TERRIBLE!! The dispatch sent us to a spot across the busy airport street to be picked up and the driver wasn't allowed to stop there and he went by us 3 times all while we were on the cell with the dispatch guy. He told us to cross back over the street again (there were 6 of us, children included, dragging all of our luggage!) and they would pick us up on the island. Again, the driver went by yelling he could not pick us up there. It was horrible and we wasted 45 minutes til the driver finally said "just get another shuttle!!" They said there was construction and that was why they didn't know where to go but we didn't see ANY construction. And to top it off, they are still BILLING us!! Everytime we have called to try and dispute the charge, they want to hear the whole story again and then say, the supervisor is not here right now and will call you back in an hour. We have never once been called back! (our credit card company took off the charge though)

Forget them, go with Super Shuttle or the newer Disney Bus.
