Hi everyone,
I calculated yesterdays calorie intake and it was right around 1700.
Better then i thought but not good. But today was great.
Breakfast Strawberry light yogurt, 2 pieces of toast with margarine
lunch mac and cheese and a hotdog
dinner salad with light dressing 50
chicken with rice and gravy and corn
snack a couple of chips with cheese.
total 1350 not bad considering yesterday was my bad day
After doing fitday and calculating the calories one my own there is a difference. My yogurt on the container will say 100 calories and fitday says 230 I dont get it. So I am just going to use fitday when I need to.
Tomarrow I get on the scale I am so afraid beause I cut the calories but I didnt do any exercise. I will let you know tomarrow. wish me luck

The more kids that I have the more I seem to forget. I know that I did good though.

). I usually reward myself with some down time (a bath or a walk) or a new "tool", like a cookbook or food scale.
Sounds silly, but it really reinforces the good habits.
My DH is awesome that way too!
