How could he do that to Taylor Swift at the VMA's----does anyone think it might have been staged because wasn't he just sitting a couple down from her?

Mind you she didn't speak at all after and reports say she left stage crying but she was still able to perform minutes later--Beyonce looked shocked and like she was going to burst out laughing--what's your take?

I can't believe some people are actually defending him! I felt SO bad for her when he gave her back the mic, she just stood there dumbfounded about to cry.

I didn't really like Beyonce before hand, but now she has CLASS. Major props for her giving up her spotlight for Taylor to come back out and finish up her speech.

This made me so sad, I just can't understand how someone can be so rude to a young woman who deserved that award just as much as any other artist nominated. I am such a huge Taylor Swift fan, I love her music, and I love her video for You Belong With Me. Not even that, I love her because of the image she sets. Many of my friends and I respect her because she is okay with just being her and not having to go out and party or whatever else. My friends and I don't party, drink, drugs, nothing, we have self-respect, and there are just so many young adults out there that do all of the following and so many public figures that do as well; its hard to feel as though there isn't something wrong when you aren't involved in any of those activities, but when there is a young woman who stands up for all of the right things you know there is nothing wrong with not getting involved in things that would only lead to trouble. She is so relatable to young woman like myself who just enjoy being with friends and family and not having to live on the wild side of things. Kayne West completely degraded a song that is so relatable to so many young girls and an artist who is very respected, not only for her music, but for the role model she has become.

That wasn't staged. That was pure Kanye. This is not the first time he has pulled something like this. He gets up and says stupid stuff all the time. He threw a fit once because he didn't like the set he was performing on, he interrupted another speech a couple years ago, can't remember who it was, but Kanye thought he should have won and went up on stage and told everyone that. Remember the telethon to raise money for Katrina victims? Kanye got up on stage and said "Bush hates black people." Nope, not staged at all. Pure, Kanye.

He is really horrible. He's supposed to be on Jay Leno's first show tomorrow night. I hope they don't let be on the show. It will ruin Jay's first night. I actually know how everyone in the audience feels because the same thing happened to a friend of mine in high school and I'll never forget it. We were having an art show, and our rival school had our old art teacher. When the guy from our class won, this teacher runs up on stage, grabs the trophy and says that her student should have won. You could have picked our chins up off the floor. After the shock, we all starting yelling at her. She gave the trophy back, but it was the talk of the school for a long time.
