Kali River Rapids

This may be a dumb question..

I know the height restrictions is 42inches on the Kali river rapids in animal kingdom, but would my son be able to sit on my lap? He is a munchkin and is almost three years old.

I'm fairly certain that the height requirement is only 38 inches for Kali. My just turned 3 year old rode it last year and she was less than 40 inches tall. They had her sit in a booster seat so that the seatbelt fit properly.

Unless they changed it, no lap riders.

I believe at 42 inches you can sit in one of the regular seats, at 38 inches kids are allowed to ride and they are seated in special booster type seats. No lap riders, but he will be very secure and probably love it. Just be prepared to get very wet!!

No laps, and you wouldn't want the little guy riding without something strapping him down. It does knock you around quite a bit

Check his height my DS4 went on this last year when he was 3 we thought he was going to be too short, but he just managed the height which was 38"
When are you going is it enough time for a growth spurt to happen?!?

We just canme back yesterday. My DD 4 is 41 1/2 inches and she was given a special bracelet to show the cast memeber at the front of the ride. Each ride holds up to 8 people and one of the seats is specially designed for the smaller kids. It is a booster seat with a special bar in the front. An adult must sit next to that child. I don't remember what the height restriction was, i think 40 inches.
