I tried to order a Kajeet phone for my son...after about a month, a ton of phone calls where I was told A) they have no way to talk to the shipping department and B) they have no way to cancel an order, I gave up. I never did receive a phone, and my card was never charged for it.
I ended up adding DS to my mom's plan (she already had multiple lines so it was quite cheap). She has the best customer service department
