Kabuki Cafe Snack Credit

Can anyone confirm the use of snack credits at Kabuki Cafe in 2017? It's not listed as a participating restaurant in the 2017 Disney information. And the Disney website for the booth now says "Dining Plans Not Accepted."

The "Dining Plans not accepted" refers to the fact that this venue does not accept Table Service or Quick Service Credits. You'll see the statement on the Disney website for any venue that only accepts Snack credits. You can look at the menus on allears because in most cases they will have the purple DDP logo next to snack eligible items.

I bought a kakigori there last month... which I realize is not 2017 but the participating restaurants don't seem to change from year to year.
