Justice of the Peace

I was just wondering if anyone has had a justice of the peace perform their ceremony rather than a preist. Neither my fiance or I are religious and I don't think it would be right to have a preist marry us if we don't practice his religion. If anyone has, can you tell me who it was? Thank you for your help. You guys are so great to get information from!

Anyone on the list of officiants will do a civil ceremony. Rev Day will let you write your own ceremony, we originally booked him and he sent us a package w/ several different ceremonies we picked through them all and wrote our own and he was really nice about it. Unfortunately he was hospitalized for our ceremony and somehow Rev Tim, who filled in, confused us w/ someone else and did the wrong ceremony. In the end we didn't get our civil ceremony, but everyone enjoyed it anyway.

df and i don't practice any religions but all the officiants on the list do civil services as well. we are having rev. tim and are having a very short civil ceremony. he even said we could include our 2 1/2 year old son! not that we are because he'll only be 3 at the wedding and he is so bad!!
