I just signed up with them last night, because my DD wanted a pair a shoes from there for Christmas. I really did not want to do it because of the club thing. My DH says just cancel the membership after you order the shoes.
Ok, so I go to purchase the shoes and they say out of stock after I hit purchase. Now 'm thinking, OK, the purchase didn't go through so I don't belong to the membership, WRONG. Within an hr I had my first email with the pick of then month, to purchase or decline, WHAT! I was so mad, I skipped the month and called to cancel the membership, One hour I was on hold and no one ever answered the call. I was getting madder by the minute. I finally found a cancel membership button on the website, I clicked on it. Don't know if it worked. I haven't called yet to see. But, I just received an email saying I left something in my cart come and buy it. I can't get my credit card off their site or any of my information.
I will be trying to call them again and I hope I get through this time.
