Just Wondering...about studios.

When I went to F&G earlier this month and stayed in BCV studio, I was so happy that the cups, glasses, dishliquid was all there for me, DH to use. How about OKW, SSR...are the people who stay in studios there, opting to get these things, just not getting them, or what?

When we were at SSR at Easter, we only had the disposables and the dish detergent. I called and requested it, I had to insist to the person on the phone that the policy had changed and if I asked for real stuff I would get it. She had to check with a supervisor and then I received the glasses and mugs shortly there after.
