I called today and got the AAA rate for our Aug. 22 - Sept. 1 trip. The full hook up site only comes to $36.00 a night! Our total is $366.00..................I'm so excited

I'm not sure, but I would sure call and ask! The AAA is about 20% off in the value season, when are you going?

Have to thank you for the update about AAA discount. Just called and got our early (wife's birthday stay) Sept. rate reduced. Was on phone forever and even had our 3yo grandson tell me he had to go, (potty training) in the middle of the call. Needless to say we had a double reason to celebrate.

Our son has orders to go to Ft. Bliss in Aug. and is going to be an instructor. Who would have thunk it after everything we went through with him. The Army sure has made a difference and his stint in Afghanistan also helped out I'm sure.

I think we are paying about $51.00 a night for third week...from about the 14th on AAA rate...for a preferred site...does this sound about right...or do you think I should call again and see if the discount is different now. Don't have the reservation in front of me now...but I know I made it for when the value season started.

I don't really know what the prefered sites are going for this year, as we decided we could live without the cable.

I would call back about the Preferred site. We have ressies for Aug 8 - 17th and I don't think we are paying $51 per night with AAA discount. Did they add the "trip insurance" to your cost? It doesn't hurt to give a call.

Hope you get a lower rate!
